Return & Refund Policy

Introduction

At Vital Distributions, we value long-term partnerships with our resellers and Amazon FBA clients. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness while maintaining compliance with distributor and brand agreements. Please read carefully before placing your wholesale orders.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 14 business days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Vital Distributions.

  • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, health supplements, or clearance stock) may not be eligible for return.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed after our team inspects and verifies the returned products.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If products were damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage, refunds will not be granted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:

  • Order ID

  • Product details

  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect items

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., groceries, beverages).

  • Opened or partially used health & beauty items.

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale.

Return Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Contact our support team at info@vitaldistributions.com with your order details.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number from our team.

  3. Ship products back to the designated U.S. warehouse address provided.

  4. Inspection & verification process (3–5 business days).

  5. Refund or replacement issued.

Important Notes

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Vital Distributions reserves the right to deny a return if products are not in resaleable condition.
